The Dressage Foundation U.S. Breeder Excellence Fund grant application is due Saturday, May 1.
The U.S. Breeder Excellence Fund was established at The Dressage Foundation in 2011 to help support breeding programs in the United States. The Fund provides financial assistance to breeders to pursue educational opportunities related to breeding that will advance their careers, promote sound breeding practices and further enhance the quality of U.S.-bred dressage horses. Specifically, the U.S. Breeder Excellence Fund at TDF supports attendance at educational programs related to breeding, such as:
- USDF Sport Horse Prospect Development Program
- USDF Sport Horse Seminar
- American Hanoverian Society Breed Orientation Course
- Hannoveraner Verband’s Breed Orientation Course
- similar educational programs
Grant awardee has up to two years to use grant funding.
