New Business Gives Boost to British Breeding

Horse&Hound magazine published an article about a new business in Britain that offers services that will help British breeders train and market their farms' offspring, "making it easier and more desirable for buyers to buy horses on home soil."

  1. Although the major warmblood breeding countries have had systems in place for decades for promoting home-bred horses, many countries do not. Breeders in the US, for example, have been aware for a long time that breeding excellent horses is only the start. Breeders also need ways to raise, start, and market youngsters. It's interesting to see what someone in another country is doing to address the problem.
