The American Hanoverian Society, Inc. (AHS), the Hanoverian Verband (HV) and the German Oldenburg Verband (OHBS), have announced the dates for the 2021 North American three-day stallion tests. Open to 4, 5, 6, and **7-year old stallions from the AHS, GOV, and other registries, the testings provide North American stallion owners with an opportunity for their stallions to earn lifetime breeding approval according to the regulations of their specific registries.

Dates for the Stallion Test, west and east coast locations, were announced in March. "We'll start Oct 14-16 at Pollyrich Farms Inc. in Solvang, CA and conclude Oct 18-20 at Hilltop Farm, Inc. in Colora, MD." Announcements will be made later in the year about special COVID guidelines and other details of the event.

In 2021, each test site will hold a multi-registry stallion licensing in conjunction with the three-day test.  Once again, the AHS will hold their annual east and west licensings during this time.

Testing requirements are specific to age and discipline. Each horse attends with their own rider and there is a Guest Rider component to the scoring as well. Stallions must attend two consecutive years of sport testing to fulfill their performance requirements with the AHS and GOV as well as achieve a minimum overall score of 7.5 at each testing.

For requirements and other information, please visit the North American Stallion Sport Test website.

**NOTE: 7-Year Old Stallion test offered for 2021 ONLY to compensate for the cancellation of the 2020 NASST due to the COVID pandemic.  Do not assume that the 7yo test results will be recognized by your registry - check with them to make sure.
